Our Facilities

Sinosi owns silicon metal and polysilicon production facilities in Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone and Badaling Industrial Development Zone, both of which are in Beijing, China, as well as in Chifeng of Inner Mongolia and Suihua of Heilongjiang Province. In addition, our new silicon processing plant in Kazakhstan will increase our annual production capability to 30,000 tons of silicon metal and 1,500 tons of polysilicon.

Smelting and Ladle

Silicon metal production at Sinosi Baoly begins with high-purity silica ore mined from SINOSI Group's wholly-owned orefield in Kazakhstan. By having higher purity ore in the first place, our silicon metal product are very competitive in terms of impurities. The scale of our silicon metal smelting operation also allows us to price our silicon metal products at an attractive level. Our annual production capacity of silicon metal is 30,000 tons.

Our proprietary polysilicon furnace is capable of producing 1,500 tons of polysilicon per year. Manufactured using high standard materials, our furnace is equipped with quality accessory parts and components. Since we manufacture polysilicon from our own silicon metal, efficiency in our operation means a more competitive cost compared to other suppliers.
