Introduction

The EVA film is applied to adhering solar cell on glass and solar cells on TPT. The film is made of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate with no plasticizer by prolonging and extrusion .The parameters of our products are as same quality as foreign relative products, which had been proved by state-authority organ.

Characteristics

It is not adhesive at room temperature to cut easily, but with a novel heating and pressing it makes a permanent adhesive on PV panels .the solar cell encapsulated by the film has been tested and applied outside for 20 years. The film is of anti-UV and no yellowing.

Usage

Fast type: heating to 135 ℃ maintain 15-20 minutes at the temperature Slow type: heating to 145 ℃ maintain 30-40 minutes at the temperature
