FZ silicon was mostly used in high powered integrate circuit apparatus such as silicon rectifiers, Silicon-Controlled Rectifier, high powered transistor etc. Monocrystalline Silicon and Poly Crystal Silicon are used widely.

Monocrystalline Silicon

Monocrystalline Silicon includes CZ silicon and FZ silicon.

The diameter of the FZ NTD Monocrystalline silicon is Φ1.5〞- Φ4〞and that of CZ Monocrystalline silicon isΦ2〞-Φ8〞.  We can produce just according to the customer’s requirement.

Polycrystalline Silicon     

The specifications of FZ Polycrystalline Silicon are as follows,

Diameter: Φ40mm－Φ70mm; Diameter Tolerance ≤10%; Donor ＞300Ω.㎝; Acceptor ＞300Ω.㎝. Carbon ＜2×10¹⁶at/㎝^3. ; We can produce just according to the customer’s detail request.

Cutting and Grinded Disc

The producible diameter：Φ1.5〞- Φ6〞; The parameters of Thickness tolerance, Gross thickness tolerance, Warp tolerance and Resistivity etc. can meet and is superior to the National Standard, and we can produce according to the customer’s requirements.

Polished Disc

The producible diameter is Φ2〞- Φ6〞 The parameters of Thickness tolerance, Gross thickness tolerance, Warp tolerance and Resistivity etc. can meet and is superior to the National Standard, and we can produce according to the customer’s requirements.
