A brief introduction
SS/CS/AS series amorphous silica
since it put into the market it has been receive a wide range
of recognition by our customer. Owing to its excellent application
performance it can be compare with either the Grace¡¯s products
in United States or Degussa¡¯s in German. In order to meet different
demands our product separate into two different types. One type
of product its surface has been through organic treatment and
its series number is marked with L. These types of product mainly
apply for paint industry. The other has not been through organic
treatment this type of product mainly served as anti-block aid.
Applications
The
Amorphous Silica appears as white free flowing powder. It is
highly efficient anti-blocking aid for plastic films. It also
provides slip improvement. Due to its high purity and low hardness
its abrasiveness is negligible. It¡¯s no sedimentation easy
adding and well-dispersed features make this product enjoy the
application fields like:

Storage
The
Amorphous Silica Materials of SS/CS/AS420B, SS/CS/AS420Z, SS/CS/AS520,
SS/CS/AS530 and SS/CS/AS/540, is not covered by the organic
on the particle surface, so they have the liability of sedimentation
when reserving. It is suggested that it should be mixed together
with the fine powder wax or take other anti-sedimentation measure.
The SS/CS/AS420L, SS/CS/AS520L, SS/CS/AS530L
and SS/CS/AS540L, is covered by the organic on the particle
surface. They have optimal suspension, no hard sedimentation
through long-time reserving. The film has bulginess, well abrasion
resistance and anti-scratch.
